Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Position Responsibilities

The responsibilities of an Analyst include collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights, developing and maintaining analytical models, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting thorough data analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders, collaborating with teams to understand business needs and requirements, providing recommendations based on data analysis to drive operational efficiency and support decision-making, performing ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, assisting in data quality assurance processes, working with IT teams to extract and integrate data from systems and databases, and contributing to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies and initiatives.

Position Qualifications

Qualifications for an Analyst role include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline, proven experience as an analyst with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, proficiency in using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software, a solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, the ability to effectively communicate complex data and analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data extraction is desirable.
